>> Glock M27 in 40 cal <<

Nice piece. I usually carry a Beretta 92 w/ 2 extra 15rnd mags. It's got a CTC laser sight for low light conditions. Makes target acquisition FAST.

Only drawback is it's not easy to conceal in the summer. I wear long, lose short sleeve shirts. I'm thinking about getting a Sig P239 in .40. A bit easier to conceal.

It's good to know there are folks out and armed. 'The life you save may be someone else's.'

It could very well be one armed citizen in the right place at the right time that stops an attack.

Now that's a nice piece! I've been considering a Sig P245 in .45 ACP. I have a buddy, retired SpecOps guy that swears by his. One thing I have found by the school of hard knocks: For some reason, the 1911 design becomes "flawed" when the barrel length shrinks smaller than four inches.

I have owned a ParaOrdnance P10 and now a Springfield Armory "micro" 45 and both are total "jam-a-matics!" I spent a lot of $$ trying to "fix" them until I got a letter from "Wilson Combat" who offered a reliability package with the condition that they will not guarantee absolute reliability on any 1911 with a barrel under four inches.

Well I consider those guys at Wilson the pre-eminent experts on the 1911 so I think I just got the word straight from the horses mouth! I'm now looking at the Sig P245 or a Kimber Compact.
