Who is entitled to State Funerals? and is 'lying in state" something anyone other than the Pres can have? Seems I remember a supreme court justice lying in state but memory is poor.
That's a good question and I am not sure. Here comes the President unless I miss my guess!
Think it was a Supreme Court person and probably members of a current House/Senate that would die in office.
