I wonder how many places will be closed tomorrow?

Hard to tell. Of course, in liberal Seattle, it might be just another day at the office. Traffic will be lighter, though, with most of the federal employees not coming in.

Louisiana declared a day of mourning, but work goes on. I wonder why we all aren't closed tomorrow. Seems fitting to me.

Actually, I think it is more that the media people love to hear the sound of their own voices. They also seem to think that if they don't explain everything to us, we won't understand what is going on.

Folks better wake up and ralize that France is an enemy of our country.Charles Krauthammer commented on that tonight. He said that "France is not our ally or enemy. France is our adversary."

I'm serious there is something seriously wrong with a nation who eat slugs ...and uses pigs to hunt moldy fungus in the ground.

I want to see that pic at the WTC of GWB looking at that dog. That is my fave Bush pic of all times. But the pic of Nancy and Mrs. Thatcher is priceless and poignant.

I agree. There's not going to be much work getting done, that's for sure. We're just coming in because we're Homeland Security and somebody has to be here just in case.

I seriously doubt terrorists would try anything stupid tomorrow. They would awaken a national wrath like they have never seen if they tried. The lyrics to Battle Hymn of the Republic would seem like Mary Had a Little Lamb if they dare try anything tomorrow.

When I am not here, I chat in a political chat rooom that is called Boston Tea Party and that is frequented by conservatives, liberterians and left-wingers. This mornig one of those left-wingers said she couldn't understand why President Reagan got a State Funeral. she said he was old and had Alzheimers when he died. She literally thought the president has to die while in office like JFK did when he was assasinated

It is like being in Church on a day when there is no service. Just quiet and peaceful.
