Alot of dignataries are now showing up to pay respects. McCain, Guiliani, Gorby, Karzai, etc.

Cspan has live coverage. Bush expected at 7 but could be earlier? He is then going to visit with Mrs. Reagan.

Guard changes about every half hour at .28 and .58 of the hour. One is going on right now.

Doesn't he ever do anything on time? I thought someone said they had to be turned in before leaving office.

I may hire a bunch of babies for my funeral,,I want dozens of them. At my mother in law's funeral, my young granddaughter who was one came and she sat in the front row. All the old people were delighted she was there.

REAL men can and do CRY

I can personally attest to that when I saw Cpl Wright, USMC, a Bronze Star w/Valor recipient salute President Reagan's casket today WITHOUT any HANDS!

I sure hope someone got a vidcap of that. The original post of it is here

I cried lots of tears of PRIDE for this Marine today!

Semper Fidelis, Cpl. Wright, you embody Esprit de Corps!

RIP Ronald W. Reagan

The fact that this President sheads real tears when he is sad makes me love him all the more. He is REAL...something the press just doesn't get. They prefer someone like clinton who doesn't mean 90% of what he says. I detest the media but for a very few.

I didn't know until I read it here, somewhere, that he still hadn't turned it in. His loss.

I have sat here just mesmerized all day. I can't believe it when the Guard changes and a half hour has passed. I think my heart is just swelling with pride for President Reagan and his vision of our America once again. We can do anything!

INDEEED!
You said that so perfectly.

If anyone has seen a photo of former Japanese prime minister Yasuhiro Nakasone and could post it, I would be grateful. He and his wife are there.
