So, did Ronald Reagan bring on the end of the Cold War? Well, yes. Recently declassified documents leave no doubt about the matter. But how did he accomplish it?

There was a facinating show on History channel the other night. It had a play by play recount of the discussions he had with Gorby pertaining to nuclear disarmement....it was pretty cool, Reagan wouldn't budge on SDI, even though it was totally unworkable. Gorby was scared to death of "Star Wars".

With the possible exception of the "Ronald Reagan Memorial Orion Launch Facility" at the former site of Tehran...
