Reagan referred to as 'anti-christ' in Mississippi newspaper
The Daily Mississippian ^ | 6/9/04 | Brandon Niemeyer

Posted on 06/09/2004 10:02:01 PM PDT by Mississippi Individual

"The anti-Christ is dead. That was my initial reaction Saturday afternoon at a Cincinnati hotel bar to the news of former President Ronald Reagan's death."

These are the first two sentences from this article from the Ole Miss student newspaper. The rest only gets worse.

Please email the author at: niemeyer@olemiss.edu and artslife@thedmonline.com

Email the editor (Emery Carrington) at: ekcarrin@olemiss.edu and editor@thedmonline.edu

Then email the paper advisor, the Chancellor (Robert Khayat), the Vice Chancellor (Gloria Staton), and so on...

It's just disgusting.

These kids were, like, three when Reagan was president.

Emotionally, they haven't progressed much.

Ignore them.

This is from Ole Miss??? WTF??? I always thought of Ole Miss, at least relatively speaking, as a fairly conservative school.

In its defense, Ole Miss is clearly conservative, with many intelligent conservatives active on campus.

As usual, however, the upper faculty and student paper are flooded with 'progressives' simply trying to appear 'non-Mississippian' as if we're a bunch of racist idiots to be avoided at all costs. Thus, Niemeyer's statement that he was in Cincinnati.

Email Brandon at his personal email address: Niemeyer64@aol.com

God, have mercy on them for they will need it.

May they reap as they have sown.

Glad I pulled up the article.

A practicing nose-miner. Send the child to bed without supper. God willing he'll live long enough to get a bit of wisdom.

Don't be surprised. Texas A&M's student paper is nothing but a leftist rag as well even though the student body is very conservative. Journalism Departments always seem to be collections of the lefties.

Wow, what a winner. Ole Miss hands him a free account on their T3 connection, a web site, the whole shebang, and Niemeyer disdains it for AOL! Ha ha ha ha ha ha!

This brings back memories of my last year in college in 1981. A friend of mine at the time noted that Reagan's full name contained 6 letters each...Ronald Wilson Reagan, thus 666, thus the anti-christ. He was kidding of course, at least that is what I believed at the time. Maybe that stupid notion has stuck even in to the 21st century.

This is all consistent with the idiotic "Bush is Hitler" theme currently running in leftist circles. Have these morons ever read a book? Or even thought logically and rationally at least once in their lives?

I don't think I have ever seen such dunces as today's lefty whackos.

Shows that they haven't studied theology. If they had they would know that the anti-Christ will be among us until the end of time.

Maybe that's why Clinton hasn't made any presidential burial plans.

Yes he has...just no paperwork yet. The plan: A hole out behind the doublewide, right next to the septic tank.
