Judge George Greer was unelected the first time around... Then he was unopposed until now.

It's been twelve long years and it's time for a change in Pinellas-Pasco County, Sixth Circuit Courts.

Sometimes the establishment incumbent such as Judge Greer, wears out their welcome.

The other little article, "So much for transparency" on Greer and about not being able to get Greer's list of contributor unless it comes from Tallahassee was weird at 15 cents a page when all of the other judicial information on the other judges is posted on the state Division of Election's Internet Web site, www.election.dos.state.fl.us.

Out of 14 judges, only Greer's is "secret" and not available to the local citizens from Pinellas County's Sixth Circuit's posted info.

No reason was provided to him.

What is this terminal illness Felos mentions? What a piece of trash he is.

It has recently been revealed that "someone" wrote terminal illness on Terri's chart in order to get her into Hospice and there's still no reasonable explanation forthcoming as to why Terri is held in solitary confinement for years at a time. It is against the law.

There is no terminal illness unless state sanctioned murder makes one terminal.

Greers list of contributors should be made available to the public. Maybe it's time to contact the supervisor of elections in Pinellas or Jeb's attorney.
If there's attorneys on his list of contributors, I'd bet he's ruled in their favor every time.
I can't help but believe that Greers taking money under the table.
Greer says he fears Terris parents will try to disqualify him again. Why doesn't he just hand the case over to another judge? The only reason I can come up with is he's afraid for his own skin and whatever he's hiding.
If Greer wins this election and a person needs an
attorney,use one of his buddys. It'll cost a little more but you'll win.

IMO, Greer doesn't WANT another Judge to have a look at Terri's Guardianship File... If a real judge went through Terri's file, I think they would have a duty to turn Greer in to the authorities. Seriously, he's guarding the file that he's mishandled for at least four years now. And, the Judge prior to Greer, he's in that file as well. I bet that judge is pressuring Greer to stay on the case too. Terri's guardianship file is like a suitcase nuke to these judges.

I just had a thought: since Terri's various cases have been going on for some time, I think it might be a good idea to find out the retention period for the files of each case, and find out if they still exist. And make FOIL requests of everything that can be FOILed. It would take a lot of work, but something of interest may be found. I don't know if Pat Anderson has done anything like that.

Find out about FOIL regulations, to see if interested citizens can have access to inactive files.

There had to have been one, or else she would have been dead by now, with her "terminal illness." The only "terminal illness" Terri has is the HINO, Felos, Greer, et al.

I can see from the article quotations, that Greer and Felos are really counting on public ignorance of the facts.

NEWS BULLETIN: The Dept. of Elections emailed me a download of Judge Greer's donations today... I haven't downloaded it yet. I didn't have to pay 15 cents per copy, that's for sure. I bet the person who emailed me didn't want to get in trouble with a taxpayer.

I talked to Jan Govan recently and I told him he was a candidate with intellect and compassion. He was gracious about the compliments and it makes a nice soundbite too, doesn't it?

If you ping anyone here, PLEASE REMIND THEM THAT THIS IS TO OUST TERRI'S JUDGE GREER. I didn't put that in the title because it would be sketchy for me to link Terri to Jan Govan as he is opposing Judge Greer on a variety of issues, not just on Greer's mishandling of Terri's guardianship file.
