IMO, Greer doesn't WANT another Judge to have a look at Terri's Guardianship File... If a real judge went through Terri's file, I think they would have a duty to turn Greer in to the authorities. Seriously, he's guarding the file that he's mishandled for at least four years now. And, the Judge prior to Greer, he's in that file as well. I bet that judge is pressuring Greer to stay on the case too. Terri's guardianship file is like a suitcase nuke to these judges.
I just had a thought: since Terri's various cases have been going on for some time, I think it might be a good idea to find out the retention period for the files of each case, and find out if they still exist. And make FOIL requests of everything that can be FOILed. It would take a lot of work, but something of interest may be found. I don't know if Pat Anderson has done anything like that.
Find out about FOIL regulations, to see if interested citizens can have access to inactive files.
