I believe that because it was initiated by a petition drive, Dumbo cannot veto it. It has to be ruled unconstitutional by the courts.
Dumbo is an animated Disney character, and does not sign Congressional laws. Consider yourself corrected.

All of the above are true. What is also true is that, when polled, over 65 percent of the people in Michigan approve of this hideous monster. And Michigan's two Senators are the odious "Penguin" Levin and disgusting "Gay" Stabenow. And JohnEffinKerry outpolls Bush. There is no hope for a community as asinine as this. Michigan is now officially as skunked as the worst liberal fleshpots, like New York, Boston, and San Francisco.

The situation is this; an anti-partial-birth abortion bill was passed by the State House, but vetoed by "Dumbo". This led to the petition drive for an initiative to put the issue to the voters that handily secured enough signature for this to happen. Given this, it is only necessary for the State House to again vote for and pass the new anti-partial-birth abortion bill for it to become law, with not gubernatorial veto possible. The citizen vote, too, becomes moot. This has happened. So, today, partial-birth abortion is illegal in Michigan.
That is, until the Democrats, who are the majority in Michigan, find a leftist judge who'll reverse the vote. Count on this to happen, too!
You mean Liberal Activist Judge, who will override the will of the people and legislate for himself, subverting our democracy and will be in need of impeachment.
Yikes! I live in Lansing, surrounded by UAW leftists and those wacky kids over at MooU, and I don't think its as bad as that!
