France (big surprise)
Israel (WTF!?)
Mexico (not like we need another of their representatives here)
Wow! This is simply unsurpassed in the history of the world. God Bless President Reagan and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. And God bless these dignitaries showing the respect that is so telling of their experience with Reagan.
As a conservative American, I feel we only have two real friends on the planet. You guys, and the Aussies.
"Hmm...Among the countries not participating according to the list:"
This is likely not a complete list. Give it a little more time.
The Bush administration should invite someone from the new Iraqi interim government. Would be good PR for us and for this newly liberated country. (Can't believe no rep from France.)
This list is incomplete. FNC says Chirac and Tony Blair will be there also.
The link on your post leads to an audio products web site, not to the AP.
The list should be updtaed. Former French President Valéry Giscard d'Estaing (he was President when RR won the 1980 election) and current Foreign Minister Michel Barnier will attend the ceremonies and speak for France.
wow...one country doesn't usually send more than one rep.
Don't want Chirac on U.S. soil. Glad he's not coming.
"Can't believe no rep from France.)"
whats not to believe
they suck, they always have sucked and will continue to suck

One for each side of the collective French face ;-) Heck, they should have sent J. F'n Kerry!
I heard on FNC this am that the Iraq interim President was coming.
Fixed. Thanks.
I have to leave for a while, but if anyone has the time to do a little research, and post the names, pics and bio of the two American aircrew of the F-111 who were killed during the raid of Qudafi, becuase the "friggin" French wouldn't allow us to overfly, and the plnes were forced to fly an extra 2000 miles, and go through THREE mid-air refuelings, about the most stressful activity for a pilot, which probably contributed heavily to there death. so, for me to the French..MERDE...
Gee, I wonder if this funeral will be any different from the one held for Senator Wellstone.
We could have given this some consideration, but for the time being John-I-Was-In-Vietnam-Kerry is one of YOUR citizens, and I don't think you would have thought it was a dignified way to salute a great President !
Well, for one thing, it will be conducted with dignity. The fact that the majority of the attendees will be real Americans makes that a gimme.
