My view is the democrats will release the "hounds" concerning Ronald Reagan beginning full force on the Sunday talk shows, and thats where Bush might benefit politically.

Nancy Reagan will fight to protect that legacy until her last breath, bring it on dems, we'll see who wins that conversation.LOL!

Just wait til the RNC convention. I fully expect Mrs Reagan to be there, and give a keynote address if she is able.

The Democrats have no choice but to disparage Ronald Reagan at the earliest opportunity, if they don't its an implied admission to their base that they were wrong for two decades.

No liberal can't allow that to happen. If they do, the whole fragile house of cards, the coalition that is the Democratic Party, falls apart as quickly and as suddenly as the Soviet Union did in 1989. The only thing that holds this coalition together is abortion (a fading issue due to RU 486 in my opinion) gun control (failing issue due to the 9/11 attacks) and Blind Hatred of All Things Bush (no election can be won on that plank, in my opinion).

The next week to ten days will tell us how they are going to go about diminishing Reagan, and by proxy President Bush.
