I have no doubt the Democrats believe that. This is why in three consecutive losing elections they have stated "We didn't get our message out".
Au contrair....they did get it out, they just don't have the emotional stability to admit the message keeps getting rejected.
Democrat self delusion is a very valuable tool for those of us on the right side of the political spectrum.
