The Pelosi's of the world really think that if they say something, their constituency will believe it. And in most cases they are correct about that. Democrats are generally not deep thinkers. No one ever told them "don't believe everything you hear/read".
I think the Pelosi's of the world surround themselves with "yes" type people, those that wouldn't dare to suggest anything contrary to what a Pelosi spews, no matter how much self inflicted damage will result.
Its the primary failing within the Democratic Party. If you don't drink the kool aid....you can't hang around for long.
Ironically, I'm seeing quite a bit of that around the net today.....
