This could get interesting. The friend down the street drove by at 9:39A and saw both cars. This will be used to show that he didn't leave at 9:30A. For reasons that hopefully will become apparent, the prosecution wants to back/slow his time line up. In doing so it may also bolster his story about Laci watching MS.
