I am curious to know how many of you stay-at-home moms do part-time work using your computer from home?
I have searched so many web sites and want ads for part-time work using my computer from home, but many of the ads and web sites appear to be a scam. In most instances , you have to pay them to obtain information or to register!
Thanks!!
Wanna be a Mystery Shopper?

BTW, no legit service will ask you for money...
I'm looking too!

If you haunt garage sales and have a digital camera, you can also sell stff on eBay.

"Volition"?!?!
That's the name of the company that made my all-time favorite space combat simulation PC games: Freespace 2!
Excellent Question!
May break into the market for fashionable yet modest girls clothing since I make most my daughter's clothes. I know there's a website that lists tons of ideas for home-based jobs...let me think a minute and get back to ya.
Thanks for the info, tiamat, Piper's Mom may also be interested...
proofreader for legal firms can be done. It takes some training, and often means working evenings or nights more than mid-day hours, but it pays ok and very home-office doable.
I've heard of that game.
THIS "volition" is a search engine and posting board that allows you to get in touch with companies who hire Mystery Shoppers or the people that you see in the grocery store handing out samples, or people who do inventory audits at stores.
My wife sells rare books online as a 2nd income from her full time job. Its a thriving little business. She has been working on it for about 3yrs. I trade the financial markets from home online (took me a few yrs and a few thousand $$$ to learn(school of hard knocks), though).
TIP: If you work at home full time. Get a timer lock for your refrigerator.
Through Half.com?
Here's the link I was thinking about - grea list, work through it and see if anything strikes your fancy...

No wiser words have ever been spoken. :-(
If they ask you for money, they are a scam. Period. "Get a government job"--scam. "Assemble products at home"--scam. "Mail anything"--scam. The only reason I do not include the myster shopper employment in my rant is because a) I have not been personally scammed on this one and b) our local community center offers a seminar on being a mystery shopper. I've been bitten enough times to have finally learned a tough lesson--there really is a sucker born every day.
Have you considered day-caring someone's child? Its not great money but its something.
I wish freeping paid!
