This coming from the same people who couldn't even lower the flag when Reagan passed

Carter is still hoping to find a legacy. He sure can't look on his Presidency as one.
Clinton could have built a legacy, he gave into this baser self and Monica defined his Presidency; impeachment sealed his legacy.
Now, the libs want to muddy Reagan's legacy. Because neither Clinton nor Carter have a shining legacy.
