Northern Arizona University College Republicans kicked off their fundraiser effort. The club is ran entirely by volunteers and have been caring the financial burden on their own. The university is has a vast liberal bias and we need financial help with upcoming events. Most importantly this is an Election year and the College Republicans are working hard to assure victory in Arizona for President George W. Bush. Arizona is also a swing state. But we will make sure it swings to the Right and stays there!

Right now we are doing "Previews" week, recruiting incoming freshmen and registering new Republicans on campus. Beginning of July we are hiking a mountain for President Bush (all such events is free publicity for Bush/Cheney campaign.)

Very Interesting...
Now my youngest has contacts, if'n you're so inclined. He's planning to get his associate's degree here then transfer to NAU in two years.
NAU is a great school... I would go back if I had the extra money but the out of state tuition is oppressive :) The NAU pubbies were a little non active club when I was there. Great to see so much activism.
The College Republican club has grown since even 2 years ago. The club continues to grow every week and we are very optimistic about the future. This is also an election year and we expect our numbers to triple in the up coming months.
As far as new students in the club; they are more than welcomed! We are glad to have them. If you need a contact at NAU this is a great place to start.
