I'm surprised too at how heartbroken I am. We should be happy that he is finally no longer suffering, and that Nancy will now be able to cherish so many wonderful memories.

I keep thinking that we should celebrate this great man's magnificent life, and how he changed the world for the better, but the gut-wrenching feeling of final loss just keeps intruding.

Yes, I am glad he is no longer suffering .. he is home with God and his dear daughter Maureen.
