No waiting for a correction.
Misquoting and whitewashing have turned into a normal function.
So why should they make a correction.
As long as a spin is repeated long and often enough it will stick which exactly is the purpose of these opinion formatters.

I have gotten into the habit of turning the radio off during news breaks. I emailed a local talk show host (Kim Peterson) about ABC News breaks during his show being so bias and even he suggested turning it off.

I found a radio station that doesn't have news breaks, because I don't need them. I get my news from the Fox News Channel and Free Republic.
Mrs. Marauder is sometimes incredulous when she mentions something she read in the paper and I tell her that I've already heard about it.

Yeah, all the stations, even Fox News, have reporters talking about RR's deficits, but not his booming economy; about selling arms to Iran, but nothing about the hostages he was attempting to free; about his sunny disposition, but nothing about the popularity of his policies.
Same ol'. But what else is new?
