Most of us in the border states harbor deep resentment towards ANY politicians who encourage more illegal immigration, either through their pandering or their refusal to demand more border control.
Allowing hordes of illegal aliens to enter our country and making us pay for it is the biggest scam on American taxpayers in recent history. Mexicans come over the border over and over again with no problem, what makes the politicians think that terrorists can't do the same? Don't they care? They have families too. Are they all sleeping through this mess?
You and our brethren in the other border states served as the defensive door of our nation until recent years have seen that door trampled down and the citizens putting up with far more trouble than the Redcoats inflicted when their presence enraged the colonists. Similarly, we have plenty of "loyalist" traitors telling us that we're wrong to oppose the invaders. They, like their historical precursers, need to be run off to the country whose interests they placed over ours. Good luck with the water and please forget to write.
We've been trying to solve this problem the right way when the only option our enemies leave us is the wrong way. When we cite law they subvert the lawmakers. When we point to the employers they manipulate the politicians who depend most upon business contributions. In short, we are hamstrung by our adherence to the rules when forced to deal with pirate tactics.
If they want to be pirates we have to be corsairs. Object, raise hell, call them to the carpet, put up with no bullying or cutting in line. There's a minor tuberculosis epidemic happening directly attributable to illegal students in our classrooms (over 6,000 the last I heard). It would be major news if not for it's source. One American child dying from such a preventable disease is one too many. If you've kept up with this subject you know the invasion is not only spreading disease but outright corruption where it was never seen before.
Fight back or get used to buying lubricant. I feel ashamed that the heroes we are commemorating wouldn't recognize the country they fought to preserve.
