Gore managed to lose his own home state in 2000, so I have a question for you 'rats what have the Democrats of Tennessee learned about Al Gore since they elected him Senator that the rest of you Democrats in America are too stupid to understand?

Mr. Penelas, it could have been far worse. He could have been your President right now.

Soon he will be able to go on algozeera TV and tell their two listeners as well.
Maybe algozeera will merge with eer America so they will have 4 listeners.

"...the vice president had counted on Penelas for a late boost in the Hispanic community, and the mayor did not come through." Penalas was in an impossible situation. It is my experience that when you try to sugarcoat sh**, and your audience knows it's sh**, they just aren't going to bite.

I live in South Florida. There are about 2 million Cubans here. 99% are Conservative Republicans. They know first hand or have relatives that tell them what Communism is all about. Penelas is one of the retards who hasn't figured it out yet. He and Gore make a wonderful pair of candidates for electric shock therapy.

The facts:
1) Elian Gonzzlez: Clinton/Gore wanted to return the boy.
2) Alex Penelas stood at the courthouse steps and said "I will hold President Clinton and Janet Reno personally responsible if any action is taken to return this boy"
3) When the raid happened Penelas could not stop it.
4) When the election started, where was Alex Penelas? He was on vacation with his wife in Spain. He did not want to be here to help that dirtbag administration. He was nowhere in Miami. I know this because I live here and everyone in Miami knew what was going on.
I remember being in Miami Beach Monday night beofore the TUES. election and Gore was giving a speech. One guy was holding a sign that said "Gore really cared about Elian" I stood there pointed at him and just laughed.
Gore is bitter because Alex stood up to him and Billary and listend to his VOTERS. Good luck to you Alex Penelas.

What they did to Elian Gonzales was absolutly despicable. I didn't know this about Penelas. Good for him.

Al Gore is an honest face of a socialist, liberal, democrat. He either lords over you with a condescending smirk or reeks of bitter anger and envy if thrown from power.

Gore is really in need of some mental or spiritual help.
I wouldn't vote for him to be the dog catcher, but I'm beginning to feel sorry for him.
Nothing nice about seeing someone totally losing his mind in public arena

In a telephone interview Saturday evening, Penelas defended himself, saying he was ``by Gore's side from the very beginning.'' Real good defense Penelas as your votes in the senate race dwindle.
