Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, D-Mass: "On foreign policy he will be honored as the president who won the Cold War, and his 'Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall' will be linked forever with President Kennedy's 'Ich bin ein Berliner.' President Reagan and Nancy were always very gracious to the Kennedy family and they are both very much in our thoughts and prayers in this difficult time."

Jabber the Hut has a moment has a rare moment of moral clarity. A few brain cells must have survived his attempts to drown them in alcohol. I'm stunned.
The old murderer probably has finally said something that's true!
The Swimmer is going to wake up in the morning with such a hangover and say, "I said what?!"
Glover's graceless remark is totally unjustifiable by any measure of ettiquette, be it political, demographical or professional.
What kind of a mother taught Glover manners appropriate for this time of grieving and extremity for the Reagan family? Obviously, either none or a sorry excuse excuse for one or else Glover is a disgrace to his mother's efforts.
This is the kind of crap I want to avoid. Yesterday they hated the man. Today they still hate him but, they have to lie so they will not look bad.
The Democrats don't dare attack this man now. It would be political suicide. The KNOW he is beloved.
Don't miss the real intention of Teddy purpose: to lift the Kennedy name to the same plane of Reagan's by including JFK in the same light as Ronald Reagan.
Too bad Ronny Reagan the lifeguard wasn't standing near that Chappaquidick bridge that awful night. He surely could have saved poor Mary Jo from this Satyric sociopath.
The Democraps (especially those in political office) know they can't attack President Reagan. Doing so would be political suicide. They'll leave that to their cronies like Danny Glover, the other idiots in Hollyweird, and the main stream media.
for maybe the first time in 30+ years Jabba the Hut actually speak truth if only for a few minutes!!!
Kennedy's comments show that there is honor in him yet, while Glover's comments show that there is no honor left in him at all.
I just had a thought. My wife always tells me that things happen for a reason. What if Chappaquidick never happened? Would Kennedy have gone to win his party nomination and become president for two terms? President Reagan would have been too old to run. What a fix we'ed be in now.
This tinfoil is scratchy.
I can't either. How can people who've made a living off negativity, doom and gloom and smearing their political opponents have the same expectations as a man like Reagan who believed in the good of America, who spread hope and optimism as his legacy?
That's why I'm not worried about the November election. If Americans are foolish enough not to re-elect George Bush, he will still be a good and decent man who did what was right for this country. God bless him!
The demoncraps may be evil, but they are not completely stupid. They know, even if they can't understand why, that Ronald Reagan was one of our nation's most beloved heroes and that most Americans are deeply saddened on this day.
Any disrespect they utter will come back to haunt them.
But if you believe for a minute that any of their condolences are genuine, than I suggest you think again. Behind closed doors they are popping chamgagne corks and laughing like loons.
Ping!
To the greatest president ever, Ronald Reagan, rebuilding the eviscerated military he inherited from Jummy Carter was a priority.
To those who wish to give our nation away to the UN, however, having a strong military is as distastefull as having a nation with strong morals.
The greatest president ever, Ronald Reagan, possesed great moral strength, incredible self-determination, and an endearing public personna.
When the likes of Danny Glover finally pass on to eternity, what sort of legacy will they leave behind? Who will stand up to honor them? What will they say? "Uh, he was really cool in those Lethal Weapon movies"? What of any lasting importance, what of any true substance, have Danny Glover, Liberal Hollywood, or liberalism at large, left society as a legacy? Nothing!
Ronald Reagan has done more in eight years as President than any other president has, and indeed, very few people in history. God bless the Reagan family, as Ronald Reagan has blessed us!
Heh heh.
Rinse, repeat.
