I, too, remember the dismal Carter years of national guilt and stagflation.

Being young and foolish, I didn't care much for Reagan at the time. But looking back, I see that the best, most productive years of my life were during his presidency. Great works were being built, good jobs were plentiful, and anything was possible.

After twenty years of thinking things over, I now realize that the prosperity of those years wasn't just a coincidence.

I was a Reagan Democrat.
Somehow his words.
His vision.
STirred my soul.
Do you think
that we of that young disillusioned lost heartbrakingly so denigrated by many, hapless baby boomer generation,
caught between our Viet Nam War heroes
and vocal powerful media and political leftists commie sympathizers
were reallly turned on
by Ronald Reagan's magnificently vibrant patriotism and unyeilding spirit?

I hope you say, YES!!! I will forever as long as I live remember his refusal to
cave, diminish, or deny
his unsinking adamant belief
that FREEDOM and LIBERTY
are worth fighting for.

of ridding our world,
our way of life
of terrorist scum
