Serpent, smear is a very nice word compared to what they have been saying on the internet since this morning, as well as on C-SPAN in the past 30 min about Reagan. The vituperative hatred liberals have for him is amazing. They are calling him every cuss word under the sun, even dismissing some of their fellow lefties who are asking them to tune it down.
Dan Rather's obit was disturbing 5 minutes after the announcement. Repeated all the liberal criticisms levied against President Reagan throughout his career. Yet another reason to thank the good Lord for Fox.
Rest in peace President Reagan. May the Lord give comfort to his family.
CBS retrospective on RR is already focused on the negative. They just can't help themselves! Doing what America haters do!!!!
I was listening to Garrison Keillor yesterday...whom I can enjoy as long as he doesn't get into politics...
Anyway, at the beginning of A Prairie Home Companion he very reverently mentioned RR's passing and gave a warm and gracious monologue.
But right when he mentioned Reagan's death, some filthy maggot-infested dope-smoking red-diaper-doper-baby plastic banana goodtime rock-n-roll Michael Moore type in the audience let out a L-O-U-D yelp of glee, "YEAHHH!!!!"
Keillor ignored the idiot and went on to his very kind and appropriate remarks. I half expected him to ask, from the stage, for the moron to be removed from the theater.
My respect for Garrison Keillor went up a notch yesterday.
