Yesterday, vehemently anti-gun Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.)introduced S. 2498, legislation that would reauthorize the Clinton gun ban. The bill is being held on the Senate floor and could come up at any time.

This is the start of a sustained political battle we`ll be waging over the next few months. Our opponents will continue to work at every turn to try and accomplish their anti-gun goals, and we need to be prepared. The Bill is now on http://thomas.loc.gov She's lowering her sights, rather than making the AWB permanent, or "strengthing" it, it "merely" extends it by another 10 years. Notice the "usual suspects" in the list of Sponsers. Including Her Worship, the Junior Senator from New York, and her evil sidekick, the Senior Senator from New York.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the `Assault Weapons Ban Reauthorization Act of 2004'.

SEC. 2. 10-YEAR EXTENSION OF ASSAULT WEAPONS BAN.

Section 110105 of the Public Safety and Recreational Firearms Use Protection Act (18 U.S.C. 921 note) is amended to read as follows:

`SEC. 110105. SUNSET PROVISION.

`This subtitle and the amendments made by this subtitle are repealed September 13, 2014.'.

Her friend was murdered was she.

Well one of my former family members in CA was murdered as well

With a cord from a toaster in a home invasion. She was strangled and beaten to death. This women/victim was my cousin.

The creep drug user followed her home and because she was a soft target she was murdered for 200 dollars of cheap jewelry.

She was 30 years old

maybe if she was allowed to have a gun she would have lived the rest of her life.
