It doesn't say much for them as a person, but they are so desperate to support themselves that they do not care what they do to make ends meet. It was just my brother's observation/opinion.
Both Hubby and I have been desperate to support ourselves, but never took money to murder people. I respect your brother's observation. It takes far more than desperation for money to make any normal human being murder in cold blood....but I can see a lot of unemployed Ba'athists murdering for money. After all, that's what they did under Saddam.
