The Bush administration is controlled by a "right-wing conspiracy," and the prospect of President Bush's re-election is "almost too dire to bear," NAACP Chairman Julian Bond told a gathering of liberal activists yesterday.

Mr. Bond's remarks came in his opening address to the three-day "Take Back America" conference at Washington's Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, which will also feature presentations by billionaire left-wing financier George Soros, failed Democratic presidential contender Howard Dean, House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi and the Rev. Jesse Jackson.

Mister Bond is typical of leftist liberal black politicians who have depended upon the slaughter of alive unborn black children to empowewr black votes for democrats. I suppose they think that killing millions of black babies will allow the aging blacks to achieve more without the 'competition'. One can only conjecture though why they have missed the obvious numbers game.

This has got to be a dim disease going around. I think it's connected to dims being affected by global dimming.

"We are going to offer Americans an alternative to the failed policies of the right," he said.

This failed policies claim always amuses me from people who have been fighting poverty since at least the 1960s and always claim it is getting worse. Talk about admitted failed policies.

It could be worse. At least they don't like President Bush. Can you imagine what it would be like if they endorsed him?

"During his speech, Mr. Bond restated his view that conservatives represent the "dark underside" of American culture and that many Republican supporters come from the "Taliban wing" of American politics."

This statement is not true and I demand an apology from Mr. Bond.

What a friggin' drama queen.

Leftist DU-types believe then that President Johnson was the best thing for "minorities" since sliced bread.

But the administration that has Colin Powell as Secretary of State, and Condi Rice as National Security Advisor, is hopelessly mired in race-based stereotypes. Of course, neither of those can be touted by the race-pimps... because they got their position by the content of their character, not the color of their skin. Funny that. Where have I heard that before?

"almost too dire to bear,"

Exactly what do they think they will do when Bush is reelected? Something about those comments seems rather threatening.

Hey Julian: What has the Democratic Party done for the black community? As Martin Luther King Jr. said: "They (Democrats) promise us everything and give us nothing."

I've got news for you. Many black Americans are taking a good, hard look at the GOP; especially the young, black professionals and the true evangelical Christians who've had it with a party who favors killing little babies and gay marriage. And you can tell your friend Jesse Jackson that keeping families on welfare for four generations is no way to "keep hope alive".

Bush's re-election is "almost too dire to bear,"

Than wrap your belt around your neck, loop it over your hotel room's shower head, and put yourself out of your misery, jackass.

It's been a while since I've seen Clinton fake some tears anyway.

ATTN JULIAN BOND: June 6, 2001 --- KKK Byrd Is 3 Heartbeats from the Presidency
USA TODAY STORY archives | 12-16-02 | dfu

Posted on 12/16/2002 11:20:48 PM PST by doug from upland

FROM USA TODAY -- 6/6/01

By voice vote, the Senate then elected Sen. Robert Byrd, D-W.Va., the senior Senate Democrat, as president pro tempore, replacing Sen. Strom Thurmond, R-S.C. That is a constitutional and mostly ceremonial post that is also third in line of succession to the presidency.

=================================

Note to Julian Bond: On this day, Mr. Bond, a former member of the KKK became the President Pro Tempore of the United States Senate. Ahead of him in our country's leadership were President George W. Bush, Vice-President Richard Cheney, and Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert.

Bond was being interviewed by Wolfie Blitzer and made a fool of himself. He defended racist and outrageous statments by Jesse Jackson, saying there was no comparison to Trent Lott. NAACP Chairman Bond, who teaches American History at the University of Virginia, claimed that what Lott said was far more egregious than Jackson because Lott was only 3 heartbeats from the presidency.

Apparently this college history professor should not be in the history department of the University of Virginia. In 8th grade, we learn about the line of succession. Trent Lott, incoming majority leader, is not in the line of succession. KKK Byrd, however, as pointed out to Bond by Arlen Specter, is in the line of succession.

Julian Bond, are you a liar or are you just stupid? Why didn't it bother you that for a year and a half a former KKK member was 3 heartbeats from the presidency?

What a fool.

Mr. Bond... also scolded Democrats for being "absent without leave." But he also said that the idea of a Democratic loss in this fall's presidential election is "almost too dire to bear."

Julian, buddy, what does that tell you? The Democrats are absent without your leave(!). But you'll campaign for them anyway, am I right?

The Rats own the Black vote. Why should they lift a finger to earn something you're giving away for nothing?
