1. The Cincinnati Reds, not the Chicago Cubs, are currently in First Place in the National League - Central Division.
We wouldn't want tomkow6 to miss this news!!! ;)

A PRAYER OF PROTECTION
The light of God surround you The love of God enfold you The power of God protect you The presence of God watch over you Wherever you are,God is, And all is well. Amen.
Bless This House
Bless this house O Lord we pray;
Make it safe by night and day;
Bless these walls so firm and stout,
Keeping want and trouble out:
Bless the roof and chimneys tall,
Let thy peace lie over all;
Bless this door, that it may prove
ever open to joy and love.
Bless these windows shining bright,
Letting in God's heav'nly light;
Bless the hearth a'blazing there,
with smoke ascending like a prayer;
Bless the folk who dwell within,
keep them pure and free from sin;
Bless us all that we may be
Fit O Lord to dwell with thee;
Bless us all that one day we
May dwell O Lord with thee.

Not enough. I'm having a health issues day. (grrrrrrrrr)
I did get more software I'll be using for the book and managed to play with it enough to learn my way around, so all was not lost. (Plus the editor is pleased that I was able to obtain that and another piece of software because it's going to save the layout and design people some work. ... It's always nice to get an e-mail from an editor that includes the word "kudos.") ;)

It's always nice to get an e-mail from an editor that includes the word "kudos." ;) This is always a good thing. Hope you feel better on the morrow. So how many Tbsp in a third of a cup? I thought of you as I was messing around with 1 egg and 1/3 cup + 1Tbsp of water. LOL!

16 tablespoons = 1 cup
so 1/3 cup would be 5 tablespoons + 1/3 tablespoon (or 5 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon)
1 large egg is generally considered to be 1/4 cup
...but, once you catch up on yesterday's thread, you'll see that I said I would have done what you did: Used the whole egg and added enough water to make the batter the proper pancake-making consistency. (tomkow6 said to use applesauce instead of water, but he's not counting carbs.) ;)
