Since when has drunken women been a discrimination against men?
To: SJackson

The feminazis should celebrate. The girls will pay the same tab as the boys. More likely the boys will be picking up BOTH tabs.

""It's the same as if you tried to say Christians can have free drinks but Jews can't," he told the Philadelphia Inquirer. " If I were a Jewish salesman trying to sell plastic Jesus dash ornaments to Christians I wouldn't object.
Only a low downer would object to luring single women into a bar and getting them drunk.

That's right by God. We can't have women wondering around with an extra five dollars. They'll pay that tab as an equal opportunity bill and they'll like it! :)

What a moron. Everyone knows that the purpose of ladies' night is to attract women, so as to attract men. It's how bars make money.

I gave a friend of mine who has close contacts with the restaurant industry in New Jersey a suggestion of how to get around this very stupid decision. Each bar can announce that it will count its customers on Thursday night by male/female. In order to "increase its patronage," it will then offer half-priced drinks to whichever category is under-represented in the Thursday survey, on Friday night.
Since either sex may be "underrepresented" on Tursday night, there is no discrimination in this offer. Of course, reality will probably rear its ugly head. Women will be on the down side on Thursday. And "Ladies Night" will be back in an entirely logical.
Problem solved.

It's nice that the courts have finally seen the light and declared affirmative action illegal. Oh, my bad, this only applies to you and me, not the gov't.
To: SJackson
New Jersey needs to pass a law requiring that men remove their penis prior to entering places where women are. So everything is "fair".....

Oh please!
As if anyone female under 46 even knows a certified, charter NOW member!
Womens suffrage movements still fight on.
Call it a society in flux.
Do not forget the basic civil human rights that women paid massive amounts of blood for.

On the TV a few minutes ago, relating this story, there was shown a bar booth of six or so ladies. Now I can understand why the prices are lower on "Ladies Night". Of course the pictures were taken a few hours before the 2:00 AM closing time when as I remember all the ladies were beautiful and virtuous.

Dumb me. I thought the
Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) was never ratified. I was unaware that it is now a part of the Constitution.
Funny how things like that just slip by.
