Natural light? Sorry, I kind of like being able to identify a beverage as being beer by taste, not by looking at the bottle. I have managed to drink Bud Lite now and then. A recent Army reunion had it on tap.

I find the low-carb diet to be a fad.

I find working out at thee gym to be the best route.

I run 6.5 miles 5 times a week.

that keeps me fit.

What code do I have to type in to make this an actual pic, not a link?

Abita Springs in Louisiana makes a good beer.

You ever had Turbo Dog?

I run 6.5 miles 5 times a week.

I used to alternate days bench training and running when I was younger. These days I walk alot... bad knees. Treadmill in front of the tv for the winter, bike and rowing machine, weight bench.

Never heard of Turbo Dog. My experience in Louisiana is limited to a strip around I-10 22 years ago.
22 years? How time does fly.

I run and do calisthenics and weights.

I do full range of motion Olympic style lifts, not benching and isolation.

Turbo Dog , as its name could suggest, is a potent beer.

You used to not be able to buy Coors out east." Smokey and the Bandit" was about the Bandit (Burt Reynolds) keeping Smokey (Jackie Gleason) off of Jerry Reeds butt who was bringing a semi load of Coors to Atlanta.

I don't remember the exact words from the theme song, but a line went like The folks are thirsty in Atlanta, and theres beer in Texarkana..

The pic is not important, of course visual aids are good for beer lovers.
