Five Cars Burn During Marlins Game Because of Tailgate Grill

MIAMI (AP) - Five cars parked at Pro Player Stadium were destroyed by fire during the Florida-Cincinnati game on Monday, officials said. No one was injured. The fire apparently started because a pregame barbecue fire started by tailgaters before the game wasn't completely extinguished. Stadium officials helped fans whose cars were ruined find ways home, Marlins spokesman Steve Copses said.
"Somebody neglected to put the fire out after tailgating," Copses said.
Plumes of black smoke floated over the stadium in the third inning, before firefighters extinguished the blaze.
Besides that, how was the game?
In LA they just pour the cinders into the stadium parking lot....
I also poured beers on the coals...oh well.
Maybe it was Algore running around tipping over hot grills.
Bush's Fault!
The Brewers have big concrete hot coal bins all around the parking lots. Despite this, there are still occassional car-B-Q's.
What?, No hold my beer alert?
I can see at least a 20 page ordinance being drawn up on tailgate parties.
"Plumes of black smoke floated over the stadium in the third inning"
I heard Joe Nuxall mention the smoke, but he did not know where it came from.
The REAL smoke was the Reds' bats!! Five homers to overcome a 5-0 deficit, to pull out a win!! GO REDS!!
LoL
