About 2 months ago we were driving on the Cross Bronx Expressway. Two "ME- looking" young men were standing on a bridge overlooking the highway, and threw some liquid at the cars.
Hope it was just water.
Did you report them?
At the least, they were pushing the fear factor.
And that makes them terrorists.
OPINION: FYI. If/when this happens again, REPORT IT.
