Those that got such training like the Mujahadeen in Afghanistan, during the Soviet occupation, well it was extremely rudimentary since most are illiterate at that level. I'm much more worried about the looney left giving the 911 planners (remember, not the actual perpetrators) their educations at Harvard and Princeton and then crowing about their achievements.
