Well there you go, 'reading my mind'.

If it wasn't my statement, you sure fooled me, as it was sure my thoughts.

Sorry if I kinda stole it from you......LOL

Yes, we do need to think, our thoughts and others thoughts also.

Post away, I can still learn and am willing to learn.

(said with a big smile)

Father Maliciah Martin, was a man that I listened to very carefully. When he spoke, I always felt that God was nearby.

Father Martin always warned us "Watch the sky, it will come from the sky" and "There will be three days of darkness".

Your guess is as good as mine on what he may have meant.

RC Kathleen Keating has tons to say about the 3 days of darkness. Some is on her site. Some in a book of hers I have.

I should check her site again. It's been a while.

Father Martin was a wonderful human being and among a handful of spiritual leaders of last century. Some say his personal life was less than perfection but I guess that's to be expected from a man.

BTW, stock futures are soaring tonight. They usually jam them like that when they're afraid of something (i.e. create a false sense that everything's hunky-dory). No need to jam when the outlook is truly favorable. Japan's Prime Minister told his citizens something to the effect that they should buy stocks to support the country. Again, this is what politicians do when they are apprehensive of the future.

Fr. Malachi Martin was referring to prophecies, especially the Marian ones. Here's a massive link to some of the prophetic words from the earliest days of Christianity to the present. There is reference in at least one to the three days of darkness when only blessed candles will shine much like the lamp oil lasting in the Old Testament:

"When he spoke, I always felt that God was nearby."

Wow, now that I think of it, this applies to my old Pastor, Steve Brown who left to start his own radio ministry called KEYLIFE (From Key Biscayne Presbyterian Church). He performed my marriage ceremony in his office. Steve is a former radio personality and has a voice that just let's the Holy Spirit wash over you. He has a very interesting life story.

KEY LIFE

When I was getting ready to say my vows, he sidled up next to me with a mischievious grin and whipered to me: "Scared?" And I truthfully replied: "NO!" He grinned even wider and said "Liar." At that moment, every fiber of my being screamed: "RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!" My breathing got labored and my heart pounded. I still remind him of that and he just chuckles. But his voice led me to Christ in the first place when I was a very hurt and isolated man.

Father Maliciah Martin...Now there is a guy I would listen to. Luckily I have his last interview recorded. I did this before you could no longer listen to the reruns for free. He was the only realy credible person they have ever had on Art Bell or coast to coast when it comes to the future. I was very sad when he passed. I still think there might have been foul play involved.
