This should be my big chance but it will probably fizzle. I don't want anyone to suffer loss but I've never seen a tornado and I've lived in Iowa all my life. I've seen plenty effects of them but never seen a twister. I only want to see it in the air.,
Remember the adage - "Be careful of what you wish for - you just might get it"?
That's the philosophy I take now; I've seen enough videos at Skywarn schools and seen enough footage from other sources - as well as had a few close calls during spotter call-outs (nights are worse!) - that I no longer have the desire to see one ...
