Well Duh... Every news report about this has compared how much lower the prices from Canada are compared to using these cards. I'm waiting to see a new report about the boom in orders to the North since all this free publicity started.

That's because the cards are a rip-off to get money into the insurance companies issuing those cards. They only offer about a 10 to 15% discount (and drugs have already risen enough to wipe that discount out) and the cards cost between $20 and $30 annually.

Most people already have cards, some available FREE, that offer at least the 10 to 15% discount.

The card program is just another scam part of the fiasco drug bill.
