This just shows how treasonous, at worst, and callous, at best, our liberal media is... Absolutely DISGRACEFUL...
Liberal mediots and traitors like Fatso Moore don't consider these men heroes. To them, heroes are till-dipping diplomats like Kofi Annan and Benon Savan. To them, heroes are the "persecuted" celebrities like Tim Robbins or Rosie O'Donnell. They're "victims of the vast right-wing conspiracy" like Hillary Clinton.
Somebody who would stand up under enemy fire, accurately fire back and throw grenades, kill the enemy, tend to and evacuate wounded, lead young men into battle, give their own life to save others, lay down their youth and their health for their country? To the modern press, that's not a hero. That's a victim, an idiot, a sucker.
We live in sad times for journalism.

Unfortunately, these awards will go unmentioned in the mainstream press UNLESS on the award winners goes on to become a leftist Dim politician and runs for president. Like the medals won in Viet Nam, these medals will only be accorded their due respect if it serves the Dim's purposes.
these are great stories (true stories)--I need some more of these to go on a display I'm helping with--we have made over 600 cloth dolls to represent all of the soldiers who have been killed in the war so far; then after the event we will donate all of the dolls to the marine toys for tots program. each doll will be labeled with the soldier's name and hometown. it should be very impressive--come see the display: Delago (north of houston) --but like the article said: we need to honor and remember the 'lives given' but not forgot the LIVING heroes! winjud
Check this out... Worthy of your time, I think.
BUMP.

Great post! I've constantly saying these poeple are the best of the best and you got the proof. There are others who have been wounded with wounds that would have taken them home and they refused to leave. These people are all part of my extended family and I love them all.
