I find the names of these groups hysterically appropriate. I listened tot he sample from "Need More Time" which I suppose is an homage to voters in Palm Beach County...

2. Moron - Sum 41
3. Warbrain - Alkaline Trio
4. Need More Time - Epoxies
5. The School Of Assassins - Anti-Flag
6. Sink, Florida, Sink (Electric) - Against Me!
7. Baghdad - The Offspring
8. Lion and the Lamb - The Get Up Kids
9. Give It All - Rise Against
10. No W - Ministry
11. Sad State of Affairs - Descendents
12. Revolution - Authority Zero
13. Paranoia! Cha-Cha-Cha - The Soviettes
14. That's Progress - Jello Biafra with D.O.A.
15. Overcome (The Recapitulation) - RX Bandits
16. No Voice of Mine - Strung Out
17. To the World - Strike Anywhere
18. Heaven is Falling - The Ataris
19. God Save The USA - Pennywise
20. Normal Days - Denali
21. The Expatriate Act - The World/Inferno Friendship Society

A list of music that I won't buy.

LOL! Jello Biafra's still around?

His "California Uber Alles" was genius; but that was 24 years ago.

Hmm. Yeah, mostly punk(ish). Sum 41 is just plain bad (they had an overplayed song on the radio last year that I just couldn't stand). I'm sad to see The Offspring on there only because they've done some pretty neat offbeat stuff in the past, like "Pretty Fly For A White Guy" and "Self-Esteem."

Jello Biafra...man, talk about ancient history, LOL.

The Ataris did a cover of Don Henley's "The Boys of Summer" that was OK. Commercial formulaic crap, but OK to play while rolling down the windows and driving 30 mph over the speed limit.

And does anybody else think that song #26 on that list is pretty appropriate for DemoRATic Underground? :)

I can picture all these sublime group names materializing in a cloud of crack laced reefer smoke. Fruits of a Clintinista breed.

The only ones I've heard of there are the Offspring(who suck) and Ministry(80's Metal band known for "New World Order")
