That is true. Prometheus Communications was not registered in Nick Berg's home state of Pessnsylvania, but IIRC there is a picture of Nick Berg at a convention with a booth of his company Prometheus and I believe that the ANSWER petition was signed using that company's name by his father.

Phooey... I should have said it wasn't registered anywhere officially, though - like in a state... rather like you might "create" a Mary Kay business name for yourself, I gather.

The company was incorporated in Virginia. Interestingly, Sara Berg and the law firm she works for are listed as the principles in the incorporation documents. This was discussed in related threads about 2 weeks ago - sorry I don't have the links since it went well down in the stack since then.....
