Sorry, I don't buy that. We have enough people floating around the country in witness protection and despite the TV and movie scenarios it's a pretty effective tool. His son is a good excuse, but if he had something to say he'd say it. Why? What he knows his family should know. He married a Filipina from Cebu. She would be aware of whom he did and didn't meet with.When he goes to needleland the bad guys will do his family. Federal protection would be the only way if he had something to tell.
