The "bad guys" have neighbors just like anyone else and these neighbors need to get busy doing some good olfashion neighborly things like visiting and inviting people over for dinner and striking up some good old fashion conversations over the white picket fences.

Well, the ones that attend MOSQUES is a good starting point for the sorting...

It's just like in the Military's "Don't ask...Don't tell". Allow me to explain....
