If we could massively distribute 8x11s of these BOLO terrorists, the WOT could be much more effective on the domestic front. There would be a visual reminder...a much more in your face reminder.
They needed to finish their news conference today with a DIRECT APPEAL to DEFINITIVE, QUANTIFIABLE ACTION which people could take and would make them feel empowered, rather than the usual "be aware of your surroundings" vague, crap.
