Live speech by Brandon Mayfield thanking people for standing by him and announcing his charges being dismissed. Stated his profession as a private attorney compromised.
I wonder if they got any information from him during those two weeks that he was held? Feds also seized material from the mosque if I recall. It might go further behind the view of the public for awhile.
The FBI said they had a 100 per cent match on the fingerprints then the Spanish authorities said the prints belonged to someone else so the judge (who hates Ashcroft with a passion BTW) threw out the case. Since we don't know if the prints are good or not, I guess we will have to wait.
