Actually x42 had his secretary, Miss Hillary Rottenbottom, call the congressman at 6:30 a.m. "Please hold for my worthless husband, the ex-president ..."

Reading the report carefully, it sounds like the DRAFY had 800 pages or pre-presidency. The final copy is 992 pages. They may have distilled thousands of pages of draft down to the result. Time will tell.

It will be the only presidential memoir sold in a plain brown wrapper.

That's why I don't buy certain books "THE MONEY". There are people like billy clintoon that I will not purposely help them get rich.

And for my next 12 million dollar book advance, you can hear about the 1994 elections! (for another $35.00 a pop)

All right, here's a closet admission.....As a life long wrestling fan, I'm currently reading Hulk Hogan's assisted autobiography....There I fessed up...I'm envisioning Clinton's being along the same line though...a quick whitewash over any "controversies", quick claim for positive events where his input leaps from "tangential" to "critical", a general effort on his part to make it sound like the United States would have collapsed without his leadership, and absolutely no evidence that he recognizes that he has any shortcomings whatsoever.

I think you're right. Clinton wrote 4,000 pages of longhand. I could see 20% being pre-POTUS. In any case, I doubt that this book will be a best-seller for more than a few weeks. But Bill's egoistic attempts to promote himself and his "legacy" will seriously deflate the Kerry campaign. Even now, with Bush getting all the bad press, at least it's keeping Kerry in the background.

Beelz-a-bubba wrote a 4,000 page first draft?

Cripes, his editor/ghost writer must need some medication by now.
