CRAWFORD, Texas President Bush (search) suffered cuts and bruises early Saturday afternoon when he fell while mountain biking on his ranch, White House spokesman Trent Duffy said.
Bush was on the 16th mile of a 17-mile ride when he fell, Duffy said. He was riding with a military aide, members of the Secret Service (search) and his personal physician, Dr. Richard Tubbs.
"He had minor abrasions and scratches on his chin, upper lip, nose, right hand and both knees," Duffy said. "Dr. Tubbs, who was with him, cleaned his scratches, said he was fine. The Secret Service offered to drive him back to the house. He declined and finished his ride."

I blame fat-a$$ Michael Moore for puttin' the hex on him.
A seventeen mile bike ride, as opposed to snowboarding down a hill.
Michael was hiding in the bushes, and mooned him. W's lucky he isn't blind.
Kerry would have demanded a PH.
I bet Bush looks real good in his biking shorts....unlike Kerry!
It's pretty windy here in Central Texas today. Don't know if that might have been a factor but it could be.
Might have also been an Al Qaeda prairie dog...
Ok, let's see how the press handles this as opposed to Kerry's fall.
OK, back to the Segway.
I bet Bush doesn't have any frickin' daisies on his biking shorts, either!
No one ever looks good in Biking shorts
At the risk of getting lectured by those who get pissy because it reminds them of stupid soccer mom voters for Clinton, I bet he looks hot as usual. I can respect, admire and support the Prsident and still enjoy the fact that he is yummy....
John Kerry would be blaming someone.
That's right because John Kerry doesn't fall dammit.
LOL
"No one ever looks good in Biking short."
I think you mean....Not everyone can look good in biking shorts. It's my guess that Bush falls under the good catagory. He also looked good in that flight suit!
Guess I'm in good company. I fell off my son's skateboard about this time last week and racked myself pretty good. Can't do those tricks like I used to. My kids thought it was worthy of "funniest home videos." Nah. It's just one of those things. (Look for a seismic phenomenon on the Indiana record about this time last week.)
The arrticle mentioned Kerry's fall and not getting injured. He must have hit his head.
I wonder if we'll be able to see it by the time he gives his speech tomorrow.
