Bush plans speech each week leading up to June 30 handover..Monday's speech will be 'most comprehensive and detailed of all upcoming speeches on Iraq..ABC News Geoff Morell reports
maybe some viewers will here about the Sarin and Mustard gas for the first time then. (wishing but not really expecting)
I can only pray that this will be the speech in front of America where he calls the RATS on being the traitorous, anti-American a**holes they are, complete with spoken quotes of what Chappaquiddick Ted said last week. Then proposes a theme where we all need to stick together and stop the hateful rhetoric because it's getting our troops killed everyday.
As a kicker, maybe the Pres will also mention that we're going to stop fighting a politically correct war and actually start kicking some a**. Dream on.
Please God. Please.
Sounds good to me..
Dime to donuts the networks won't carry any of them.
Anyone know which War College? There's one here in PA, but there are a few others also. Would be nice to have W here.
I'm almost willing to bet the major networks won't cover this speech, any takers??????
FOX might. None of the rest, though.
Fox will.
During sweeps? The day before the American Idol finals??
we were talking about this last week - Bush needs to hit a homerun with these.
Hardball is sticking with their program on how the tampons were used on Iraqi prisoners.
Iraqi 'fireside chats'?
Sucker bet.
Speech!
Is he gonna do it in Y'allbonics?
They are going wild over Bush's speech at LSU Graduation! LOUD applause...much whooping...it's over(and we will not see it again,of course.

Bush in prime-time Iraq speech Monday on how to ``move forward''
By Associated Press
Friday, May 21, 2004President Bush is planning a prime-time speech Monday on what his spokesman calls the ``pivotal phase'' Iraq is now entering.
The speech -- at the Army War College in Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania -- is the first in a series the president's giving as the planned handoff to Iraqi self-rule approaches.
Though the White House has not requested network TV time, spokesman Trent Duffy says Bush hopes to discuss with the American people what he calls a ``clear strategy on how to move forward.''
