We had a few cases of this in Boston this winter/spring. A few dogs got zapped by electrified man-hole covers.

Didn't some homeless bums get electrocuted in the New York subway system when they accidentally urinated on the "third rail"? I remembered reading about that.

And I thought that urinating on an electric fence was bad...
