Counties in north Georgia (Hall, Forsyth, Cherokee, etc.) are reporting a well organized document fraud scam involving birth certificates.
It goes like this: Illegal alien women who give birth in the county claim they do not know who the father is. After birth, they obtain a birth certificate and five copies. Later, a man comes in and claims he is the father. The mother agrees. This causes the counties to issue yet another birth certificate, with a new name, and five copies. These ten certificates are then altered and used to claim U.S. birth for other babies born elsewhere. County officials have complained about this scam but the feds refuse to take action.

I'm in the same boat. I wonder at times whether we as a society have a desire for self-destruction. Perhaps it applies to western civilization as a whole. Were I to imagine strategies to accomplish such an end, I could do no better than what our leaders are presently doing.
I live in a small town near in SC. 15 years ago there was no spanish spoken here. Now there are several hundred Mexicans living and working here. There are so many the blacks complain they have taken over the basketball courts! I love these people, they are great! But they should be making their own country better with our help. Where will it end?
This is humorous on so many levels.
Yes, and it is true. Of course there is the complaint about jobs, but the Mexicans here are avid basketball players, and the young men are at the courts all day Saturday. Seems like it has replaced soccer as their favorite pastime.
We tend to lump all of them together as "Mexicans," but here in Cherokee County, at least, there are Hondurans, Guatemalans, and assorted others.
I don't blame them for wanting to come here, either.
I do have a problem with them - whoever "them" may be - coming in illegally.
I do have a problem with them - whoever "them" may be - coming in and creating more issues, like crime, etc. rather than contributing to making it a better place.
There's a Mexican family who moved into our subdivision a couple of years ago, and of course, our neighbors kind of started "passing the word." However, this family happens to be "salt-of-the-earth" kind of people - hard-working, good neighbors, and all that. They have been an asset to our community.
I guess it does all boil down to the individual, and what kind of person they are.
Microchip 'em.

But to whom lies their allegiance? America or Mexico? And have they become American citizens? I've found that most Mexican "immigrants" these days have nothing but contempt for the United States, and their allegiance is unabashedly to Mexico.
Can I have a number 3
