For almost three weeks, its been impossible to avoid the horrible images and stories coming out of Iraq. Its been a struggle for adults to understand these events, but what about children and teens? The news and pictures may affect them too in ways that parents might not predict.

We've been in a war for over a year but these chumps are talking about the last three weeks because of the horrible abu grahib stories. Left wing asses are so predictable. Now parents, above all do NOT teach your kids what goes on in the real world. teach them all the left wing drivel so that some day they can have their heads cut off without anyone getting upset.
What??? They don't have MTV???
They don't have HBO?
If so, they have assuredly seen worse.
In fact... where do you think the Abu Grabians learned their licks???
Shoplift again and you will pray to Baby Jesus, that He might whisk away from my ministrations to that Heaven on Earth that is Abu Gharib.
That is all.
Hey, you forgot the Linda Blair/projectile green reeking vomit alert on this!
Exactly. These are the same people who expect us to watch American Idol and think that this is what the average American wants. I don't want that. William Hung does not represent the average American. I heard some people at work talking about Faintasia and didn't even realize what it was at first. I thought it was the Disney movie and not some TV person! I doubt you do either. The media is not serious enough about anything important IMO.
I have one word of advice for parents. Don't let your kids watch the news if you think they can't handle it.
My kids are little 7 and 9. I don't watch the news in front of them. They usually watch kids shows (thanks TIVO) downstairs. I watch TV up in my room.
My kids don't watch the news, MTV, or other crap on TV. They only watch what I deem okay. We have parental controls that we use on our TIVO. It's great.
Some adults.
Drooling liberal cows, mostly.
The rest of us understand it all perfectly.
