Bonjour,
First of all, about the bullseye, I question your patriotism. You are the kind that burns US flags and spits on them, too stupid to realize the futility. I bet you consider that to be patriotic "dissent," you sick, twisted creeps.
You hate your country. When I think of your magazine from now on, it will not be "The New Yorker." It will simply be "The Pigshit Journal." That is after all what you have become.
You people are irredeemable traitors. To think I used to buy your magazine. You cheap whores.
Take your shariah-loving, America-hating filth and move back to France, your true home. If they won't take you, I hear North Korea is desperate for newcomers these days. They have universal health care there. Alternatively, Iran is a possibility. Persia has numerous herds of camels and goats with which you may keep your gonadal urges satisfied. And nothing you have printed recently would ever be censored there, unlike your horrible fate in Bushitler's America, where the USA PATRIOT Act "suppresses dissent." Of course, I am still waiting for some dissent to be suppressed, but then again I am the patient type.
I will be voting Republican for the first time ever this year and not just for a few Republicans. I will be voting a straight Republican ticket. I may even join their party. And it will all be thanks to liberal traitors like yourselves. Better to consort with tree killers and mega-polluters than with traitors. I don't care if global warming does get out of control, or if Bush's lax environmental policies allow the atmosphere itself to catch fire as long as your unamerican and treasonous behavior is punished. I can think of no worse punishment for you than to endure the proverbial four more years.
Stop the lies. I know you are not a journalistic outlet so much as a Democratic Party house organ. Any honest person who can read knows that.
The Republicans are going to win big in 2004. And damn you all to hell you Osama Democrats.
Therefore I must ask, "Why do you hate us?" Whatever did we do to tick you off? I guess we didn't go to enough modern art shows or foreign films, or maybe we are such lowbrows that we scandalize you with our taste for hot, greasy food. Whatever we did, we did not earn such bad treatment from you. Your hatred of America is irrational and unfounded. Look at all the gifts America has given you, and you mock them all, from the flag to D-Day to Flight 93 on 9/11 and beyond. With that bullseye on an American soldier's back, you mock George Washington and his eyeglass-donning regret about his inability to read his speech unaided at the end of the Revolutionary War because he had grown old in the service of his country. Ingratitude is ugly sin.
To think I actually cried when New York was bombed with occupied passenger jets on 9/11. Why did I bother? To think I actually care about New Yorkers even now, even though most of you apparently want me dead. Ultimately, that is the basic difference between good and evil, and between you and me.
You people at the New Yorker are totally without honor.
